Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on myproprime.com (MyProPrime, powered by Hype Wholesale; "ProPrime," "we," "us"). The legal name and address of the seller are in our Legal Notice.

30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original ProPrime packaging with the size and color label intact. Multi-packs must be returned complete.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at myproprime5@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked service. Keep your tracking number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded unless the return is due to our error. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
